Jharkhand government has introduced a campaign ‘sStart-Up Jharkhand’s on the pattern of Central government’s Start-Up campaign. Chief Minister Raghubar Das said today that the state has earmarked Rs 50 crore to encourage entrepreneurs in different sectors.
While informing this at the Think India 2016 Convention he also added that a policy on start-up Jharkhand would be coming up.
â€œA sum of Rs 10 crore is allotted for setting up Innovation and Incubation Centre. And an innovation lab would also be setup with the help of IIM Ahmedabadâ€, Das said.
He further said that the entrepreneurs and visionaries will be encouraged in the sectors like Health, Agriculture, Information Technology, Tourism, Biotechnology and Alternative energy.
